Philipp Scherzer

After a short stint in the radio business, Philipp learned the nuts and bolts of television production on the sets of a variety of German shows such as “Die Rosenheim Cops” and “Doctor’s Diary”. After gaining his master’s degree in Screenwriting at Bournemouth University (UK) in 2012, he quickly became a long-time script editor and freelance writer for the award-winning German daily series “Dahoam is Dahoam”. In 2019, Philipp successfully completed Europe’s Number 1 showrunning program “Serial Eyes”. Since 2022, he has also started delving into medical shows. He is currently in the writing team of the weekly series “In aller Freundschaft – Die jungen Ärzte”. Philipp is primarily focused on writing for television and audio. (He also still likes movies, though ;-))
