Alexandre Manneville

Since graduating from filmschool l’ESAV, where I learned the basics of writing and directing, I’ve been working as a screenwriter, first for animated series, as a writer (“Kaeloo”, Kidscreen Award 2011), creator, story coordinator and, later, headwriter (“Teen Crumpets”, Pulcinella Award 2018).

The Serial Eyes experience led me to collaborate with other European writers and develop series projects in English for the European market (“Black Times”, “Reset”), as well as collaborating on features, one with an Israeli director, and the other with Germany-based director.

After one last animation gig as a headwriter for Teen Choice’s awarded company Zagtoon, I’ve been hired to write on the French adaptation of “In Treatment”/”BeTipul” for Arte (by Olivier Nakache and Eric Toledano), for which I also served as on-set writer and art department associate.
